I had an issue with myiPhone recently that necessitated restoring to "Factory" settings. Once done I was able to reload my Aps except for Fitbit. When I tried it said phone no longer compatible with Ap. Yet, it had worked fine until the unrelated problem. Any thoughts?

Hi, @Jigs_Poop , were you able to download the app and log in? If so, I th8nk you do not need to worry about that message.

No, That was the issue, it would not download so I couldn't access. However, managed to resolve so all now working fine. Thanks for your interest. Stay well.
