Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @konstantinsf.

I am sorry to hear the app freezes and the crashes when you try to check your sleep graph. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Then sync your Fitbit and check your details.

If the issue persists, could you please confirm your iOS version for us to continue investigating this?

I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned that you already have a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution, please keep an eye on your inbox.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
