Hello. App keeps closing/crashing when I’m checking challenges or on the community feed. It’s been happening since 9/21/17. I have no Fitbit update.  I’ve logged out/in. Even restarted the phone. Also my last notification isn’t fully showing, only the bottom half is visible. I have an iPhone 7.  Thanks.

I am using an iPhone 7 running iOS 11.1, I’m not sure what version on the app. I believe it is the newest available because I keep it updated.

Every time I open the fitbit app it crashes. I click the icon and I see the fitbit logo on top and then it crashes and goes black and returns to my home screen

I have an iPhone 6plus

I have iOS 11.1.1

I have restarted the app

I have restarted my phone

Does anyone know what I can do? 😞

Send an email to Fitbit.com with your issue. The more people complain hopefully it will get fixed. With the last update my “rubber banding” issue was fixed. But my app is still crashing too.

Hello MarcoGFitbit. Here is my info: IPhone 7 running iOS 11.1 and my Fitbit version is 2.42 (726). Thanks for your help. The rubber banding/cut off issue was fixed w/the last update but the app is still crashing. To be honest, I haven’t been using the app as much due to the issues I’m having. Have a great day!!

I’m having the same app crash issue as everyone else here is having. It happens mainly when I’m checking out the community, but practically every time I check messages or friends. Also having the problem where it hides my friend requests so it’s extremely difficult to check them out — Have to swipe down, then as quick as I can try to click on their name. PLEASE fix these issues. They are extremely frustrating. My phone (iPhone 7) is updated anytime there’s a new update.

As of this morning now the top of the Leaderboard isn't showing up in group adventures. The race is closing in ????- I have no idea when the race is closing because I can’t see it.

Try Force Restarting/Rebooting Your iPhone 7

Press and hold Volume Down and Power button together for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Or Update iOS To Latest Version

If force restarting or rebooting does not fix the app crashing problem, then you can update your iPhone 7 to latest version of. Update your iOS 11.0.1 to latest iOS 11.3/11.4.
