I am using the latest version of iOS app (iPhone 7 Plus) as well as fitbit firmware 3.0. I have a versa. firstly there are tons of paid clock faces out there. Difficult to search for free ones. You have to go inside the clock face to basically figure out whether its free or paid. When I do that in the app and try to return back, the app crashes. It happens when I do a search on 'All Clocks', 'Stats Heavy' and 'Digital' sections of the clock faces. Its been happening for a long time, can you suggest a fix here?

Hello,
Thanks for your note. I have tried re-installing the same multiple times. I have had Pebble, Garmin, Fitbit devices for a long time, hence I am aware of the basic trouble shooting steps. However this is the first time I am posting something here as I do not have any solution to this issue.
From what I could gather, these below the combination of 'Stats Heavy', 'All Clocks' etc has a lot of clock faces in them. If there are a lot of clock faces in that classification, when trying to return back, the app crashes. But when I look at other classifications like 'Staff Picks' or 'Seasons Greetings', it navigates back easily. Hence it definitely seems to be an app issue with Fitbit. Again, making different categories like Free, Paid etc would help reduce some of this crashes as well.

Hello @MarcoGFitbit Thanks. I have voted for the below. I myself had created something similar as well which was responded by Fitbit as well. However this thread is highlighting the app crash in ios? Is that being looked at as well by Fitbit?

Sure, no problem. Hopefully we are able to resolve the same quickly. It's really becoming tiresome now. In fact I haven't searched for a watch face for quite some time now because of this issue.
