App crashes when visiting Community Feed

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every time I click on the Community Page tab to view or post activity the entire App Crashes.

I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled the App and Restarted the iPad a couple times

I have updated to the newest Inspire HR Firmware in the last week and Restarted the Inspire itself.

All of these remedies have no effect and the FITBIT App is still Crashing.

Anyone else encountering this issue ?

Hi @Crashin. It's good to see a new face around!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried so far. You did a good job! Let's try some other steps together:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app in your iPad.
  3. Reboot your iPad.
  4. Log back in and visit the Feed as you normally do.

If the same keeps happening, I'll need you to provide me with your iPad's model and OS version. Also, let me know since when this started to happen. These details will help me to further investigate.

Keep me posted.

Thanks Lizzy,

Good call... out of all the tricks I have tried, logging out and back into the FitBit App and restarting my iPad fixed the problem.

Thank you very much,

Tim
