i have a charger 2 and when I’m riding my bike in the morning using the exercise and GPS to monitor my progress the app crashes after about 1.7 miles.  I tried fixing the problem by updating the phone but that did not work.

  • iPhone model you're currently using.
  • iOS version your phone is running.
  • App Version (go to Account > Help to get the version)
