Food Log

Hello,  I have been using the food log. How ever the date I add is not been save. Every morning I find the log empty.  When I go back one day and I re enter te food I had the day before then it appear in all the days of the week.  Then I go to today and I deleted everything to start the day, but when I go back I find that it has also been deleted again from the previous days.  Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

Have you updated the Fitbit app to the latest version? If so, it's possible the app is not reflecting correctly the information stored in our servers in which case I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

If you're still experiencing the same issue, please take screenshots and reply to me with them so I can check this further. Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hi @MarcoGFitbit I follow your instruction and still not working. 

Here are 4 pictures:
