Just received my new charge 2 yesterday. Have restarted everything multiple times using the troubleshooting process. After much frustration I chatted with a tech support rep from Fitbit. She walked me through the same steps with no solution except that I may have a defective tracker. However I think it may be something else. My phone (iPhone 6 iOS 10.2.1 new software updated this morning) does recognize the tracker but the Bluetooth fades in and out not holding the connection. The app finds my tracker, provides the 4 digit code but then never pairs after that code is entered into the app. Did some more digging and there is a bug. Springboard. Code 0x8badf00d. Triggered by Thread 0. I believe from some research this is a new big for iOS 10 that Fitbit needs to correct on the app. Please advise that someone is working on this bug. Also it says in the diagnostics that the hardware is iphone 7,1 but I have an iPhone 6. Please help want to use this charge 2 badly!
