I am having several issues with the app on IOS. I was wondering if some other folks are having the same issues....
1. Heart Rate not registering
2. Sleep not registering even when i put in the info.
3. Weight not registering. I input my weight and it returns nothing....
The app has gone from great to crap very quickly... (2 updates)....
===========================
There are some issues with my fitbit blaze... I work on the 25th floor of a building. Sometimes it registers my taking the elevators as no. of floors I have climbed. I reported this to the fitbit support and they gave me standard "cut and paste" customer support.... Anybody running into these issues ....
=========================
I am seriously thinking of switching to Garmin or Jawbone.... Any suggestions...

Hello @Milski, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.
When you mentioned your heart rate is not registering, that means on the app or it's not being displayed on the tracker? Also are you logging sleep and weight for your current day or for any past one? The Dashboard only shows information from the day even if you swipe, the only information shown from previous ones is the one on the main tile (steps, calories, floors, distance and active minutes), for the other ones please tap on the respective tile to see information from previous days.
In case the information you're logging in (even if you already checked the tiles) is not being shown, it's possible the app is not updating correctly the information which is why I would like to suggest logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
Now, in regards of your Blaze, please restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This will remove any bug that might be affecting the Blaze functionality.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply!
