App crashing when syncing

Hi

 

i haven't synced my Charge HR for a few months now and yesterday and this morning I have tried to do this. However, the app crashes when syncing is half way through. 

 

I have the most recent software and I have forced the app to close to see if that helps but no luck. 

 

Any ideas?
