FitBit app not pulling in steps from iOS Health app

App pulled in steps recorded by the Health app on my iPhone 6S as far back as 1.5 weeks, but no further. Why will it not auto-sync all steps? How could I attain this function? I didn't install the app until 2-3 days ago.

Hello @rynmd, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Please keep in mind that the Fitbit app is not currently able to link with the Apple Health app. The Fitbit app uses the sensors on your phone via MobileTrack. If your steps are not being counted by the Fitbit app, please remove MobileTrack from the app and install it again:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  2. Tap on MobileTrack > Remove From Account
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app again and tap on + Set Up a Device
  5. Choose MobileTrack and follow the onscreen instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
