App deleting workouts

I have had repeated issues this week with my app deleting both my tracked and logged workouts. I have rebooted the app, logged out and logged back in, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. I’ve gotten some of them to stick after logging them 5+ times, but not all of them. I can sit on the screen and will watch it disappear within 1 minute of the exercise being logged.

Hi, @mrb21 , are you still having this issue?  It does not appear at the moment to be widespread, as far as I can tell.  I know this sort of thing can be incredibly frustrating, but usually it has to do with a poor, or intermittent, connection to the Fitbit servers (which can be caused by issues on either side of the connection).  Mostly these issues resolve within hours or days.

Are your workouts now “sticking” and showing both tracked and logged workouts?

If not, and as this (at least so far) seems to be an isolated incident, I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com .

Fitbit only allows 20 exercise days in a week. Any exercise days and excess of 20 result in days being deleted at the beginning of the week. If all sessions from an exercise day are deleted the day may or may not be reflected in exercise days for that week. It is not uncommon for me on Friday or Saturday to see that I have completed three, four, five or more days of exercise when I have completed all six or all seven days. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. I am a blind user using an iPhone SE third generation most current version of iOS system and Fitbit version 4.39.
