App does not start new day

Hi,

For some amount of time my iOS app will show the new day with the previous day’s activity. When I close and reopen the app the activity for the current day shows. Something is preventing the app from starting fresh (at 0s for steps and miles) when a new day starts. Below is a pic from 9:55 am showing yesterday’s steps and miles data for Today.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this inconvenience with the Fitbit app.

Please, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app. 

In addition, try to perform the following steps in the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
