Is there no way to go airplane mode on Fitbit?

Just got my Fitbit under the impression(looking like wrong impression) that you were able to go in airplane mode on your watch or at worst shut off all day sync so it's not using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth constantly. Is that not a option on my inspire 2? I'm horrified to see my wrist vibrates Everytime I get a call on my phone and it looks like my only option is to turn off Bluetooth on my phone. Is there any other way?? I use my Bluetooth for music so that's not a real solution

Nope there is a DND on your watch, or through the app I think you can disable notifications. 

If you let us know which Fitbit Device, we may be able to be specific.
