Hello @WOLFMX, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, we will need more information about your situation so we can address it correctly. Are the exercises being tracked by a Fitbit device or are you tracking them from the app itself? If you're using a device, which one are you using? Have you tried to force-quit the app and open it again? Have you logged out from the app and logged back in? All information will be very helpful for us. Additionally, a screenshot will be appreciated.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

@WOLFMX -- can you describe the steps you take to start and then finish a workout on your CH2?

From your activity record, it looks like you are starting a workout, and then a couple of minutes later trying to start one again, and then a couple of minutes later trying ... and again ... and again ...  :-).  It seems like you are missing something in starting or stopping the exercise, or maybe both starting and stopping it repeatedly by accident.  Here are the steps  (see link, or what I have copied below) you should be going through to start and complete a workout:

CHARGE 2
  1. On your device, press the button until you see the Exercise screen.
  2. Tap to find the exercise type.
  3. Press and hold the button to start the exercise. If the exercise uses GPS, you’ll see a phone icon in the top left corner as your phone tries to connect.

If your phone is running the Android 8 operating system, make sure the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background. For more information, see Why is the Fitbit app sending a notification to my Android phone?
  4. During your workout, tap your tracker to scroll through real-time stats or see the time. Your progress toward your maximum heart rate is shown on an indicator next to the number of beats per minute.
  5. To pause your workout, press the button. Then press the button again to resume the exercise.
  6. To end the workout, press and hold the button. A flag icon and congratulatory message appear.
  7. Press the button to see a summary of your results. Press the button again to cycle through your stats.
  8. Review your workout summary and exit the app.

I hope that helps you figure out what it going on.  Let use know.
