Error 403 when trying to set up Versa on iPhone X.

My Fitbit Versa won’t sync no matter what I do. Restarted it, restarted my iPhone X, turned Bluetooth on and off, deleted the app and finally deleted the device which I now can’t set up without receiving 403 error. 

 

Lost as to what to try now 😭

I appreicate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in hopes to resolve this issue. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to turn off WiFi on your phone and try to set up your Versa again using cellular data. Additionally, check that you don't have a child-block or a VPN enabled in your WiFi network, as this might prevent you from setting up or syncing your device.
