I've tried uninstalling the app at least five times (with all of the listed steps, login out, closing all apps, deleting app, etc.) and still every time I try and change the days of exercise option it always changes back to the default (5 days). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello @venthoz thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to welcome new members to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you changing the Exercise Goal Days through the Exercise Tile? If so, could you please describe to us the steps you take to change it? This will be very helpful for us to check this further as we have not received recent reports of an issue affecting this feature.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hello All,
I just got my Fitbit today, June 11, 2019, and installed the app. Everything else seems to be working except for being able to change my weekly exercise goals. I am unable to change it to anything other than 5 days a week. I followed the approved solution but it did not work. Any suggestions?
Thank You!

Hey, thank you for the suggested fix. Unfortunately I do not have an Android - my apologies if this was originally an Android only post! Any suggestions for iOS users??

Hi!
I am also new to using Fitbit and the related apps and am having the same issue. I am an iOS user and following the approved solution still isn’t working. I am speaking with some other users about potential fixes but figured it couldn’t hurt to reach out to more people.
Thank you for your time!

Hi, I’ve been having the same issue! My goal is set to 4 days and I’m trying to change it to 6, however every time I do it immediately flicks back to 4. I’ve tried all of your suggestions a number of times and it still isn’t working, any suggestions?
cheers

Same issue for me. These instructions did not fix the issue.

On iOS this didn’t work.

After all the messing around, logging out and immediately logging back in without deleting the app and reinstalling worked. 🙄

Same same, very frustrating this has been going on for a long time. I stopped using my Versa in May because of this and have tried again in September, still not fixed. So I have tried everything, obviously a fresh install yesterday. I have also tried all the steps again today. I'm running the latest iOS version on an iPhone XR and the latest version of the Fitbit app.

Tried this also, did not work.

Same issue. New Versa2 but I doubt it’s device related. Surely I don’t have to uninstall and reinstall to get such a basic function to work?

I've deleted the app, followed all these steps yet it still won't change my days. There's clearly a bug here that needs to be fixed.

I’m having the same problem. It just keeps bouncing back to 5 days. Very annoying.

This problem keeps occurring years later.. Now I can't change the auto recognised activities as well as the days goal. Nothing in the exercises tab saves at all. Have uninstalled and deleted all data... This is being brought down from the fitbit server and it's one way only.

Same here, I've tried everything as well. It stays at 3 days if you cut off internet access, then goes back to 5 once you sync it again, so I agree with you on the one-way part.
