App failing to record activity.

We have two Fitbit users in our household, neither of our apps on our iPhones have been recording our walking time or pace for several weeks now.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important it's to keep your exercises data tracked correctly and let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, may I know if you see a "Not Enough Data Available" message instead of your data? I'm asking this as we've received reports from other members who got that message after logging their exercises. This has been escalated to our team and they're working hard to bring a solution on the next Fitbit app update. For future updates about this issue, you can visit this thread.

If this doesn't apply to you, I'd recommend to verify if the Fitbit app is updated, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and try checking your data one more time.
