Overall pace not reflecting Km splits

Hi,  my overall pace from my run doesn’t reflect the km splits. - see below.  The gps was connected & the map was right. I assume the overall pace should be a average of the km splits?

Hi @Vittyd. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the screenshot provided. You're right about your data not being displayed correctly. This shouldn't be happening and since your post didn't mention, please confirm if the Fitbit app is updated to the 3.16.1 version.

Even though the GPS was connected and the map was right, could you please double check the factors that affect the GPS tracking described in this help article? Once that is done, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  4. Make sure the location services are set to Always. Also, to have turned On the Background App Refresh for the Fitbit app.
  5. Start a run activity one more time, sync with the Fitbit app and check your details. Note that if your Fitbit uses connected GPS, you must have your phone next to you during the run.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
