App freezes when looking at Exercise details!

ANSWERED

Very frustrating. I have tried all the steps clearing Cache, factory resetting my watch. Restarting my iPhone 16. I’m about to cancel my subscription at this point and go with something different.

This has been a known problem for quite some time and impacts one of the main reasons for using the Fitbit: tracking exercise. How is this still not fixed after two patches? I can’t see my exercise history at all.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and confirmation.

Our team has started to roll out a new app version with the solution for this.

The roll out  , as always will be done in phases, so if you don't see the possibilities to update the app right now, please wait a bit. In the next few days it will be available for everybody!

@JuanFitbit I have installed the newest update and it does appear to work. At least I can now see my historical data for at least 1 week ago. I have not checked beyond that at this point, but will in the future. I appreciate your efforts. One thing I would say, however, that if Google wishes to keep owners of Fitbit products as current and future customers, they might want to consider being a bit more timely with their solutions. I will acknowledge that prior to Google's acquisition, Fitbit wasn't always the most responsive on resolution of problems with their app, but they were quicker than the response on this current issue.

Also, I have a request. The Readiness and Cardio Load calculations and notifications are really not useful to me and, from other comments, may not be to quite a few others. Two problems... 1. It's a little unclear what the factors are that cause a swing to readiness and a recommendation of high cardio load from unreadiness and recommendations of low cardio load. 2. There appears to be no happy medium. One day readiness is high and the recommended cardio load is high. The next day it suddenly has swung the other direction with just normal exercise the day before. Since it's unclear what the factors are and their weights in the caculations, I can't begin to recommend any improvements. I would rather not have these rather intrusive markers included at all. I can monitor my own exercise. If I'm tired, maybe I don't exercise as much. If I feel great I put forth more effort. At the very least the use should be able to turn Readiness and Cardio Load notifications off. I cannot find a way to do that right now.

Thanks for the effort on the Activity history.
