I have a Charge 4 and am using an Iphone 6 Plus. Since the latest update, when I try to access sleep stats the app is slow to respond. When I get to the page with the sleep stats, the screen freezes and I can do nothing. Have to force quit the app to get back to the dashboard.

Yes. This.
Sleep info and tracking is one of the most critical aspects of the my Fitbit (recently upgraded to Versa 2, my 4th Fitbit).
Help!

I am also having this exact same issue since the latest update. The app is slow in general. When I click on sleep, it loads the detail page, but then the app locks up completely (becomes totally unresponsive) and must be force quit.
I am using an iPhone 11 with iOS version 14.3. I have a Charge 3.

same here. I have an ionic and the app is on my iPhone 8 on iOS 14.4.1. After I sync and open up the sleep section in the app it takes almost a minute to respond. Very annoying.and as Banct said, the only way to stop this is to close the app. I’m not sure when this started but this has been happening at least a month now.

I am still having this problem too. I saw a post a couple weeks ago saying this is a known issue, but it's been a while!
