App frozen now won’t track exercise

My app froze during a track earlier when it was paused. Now when I click on anything in the app such as exercise, sleep, food anything nothing happens 

Never had this before and updated the app yesterday...

Please try what LZeeW suggested....just a couple of responses upwards.  It worked perfectly for me and no data lost!
