App has failed to sync exercise

Yesterday I must have done over 15,000 steps yet when I synced the app this morning it's come up with zero data. It also did not log my walk this morning which would have been around 4,000 steps. Very frustrating! Can this be fixed?

Thanks for the details! Well, your data comes from your tracker so I think that it's a good idea to check what is happening with it. I'd suggest restarting it a couple of times and force sync it again. If your data is not there we might have to keep an eye of your Fitbit for the next days. The restart will help for any internal issue it might have.

 

Sorry about your data. You might manually log your activities so you don't lose all your stats. You can also do it from your phone if your prefer.

 

Please note that manually log activities don't count towards Challenges!
