Ever since updating to iOS11 the app keeps saying ‘your trackers aren’t syncing because your iPhone’s Bluetooth is off’.
Lie. The Bluetooth is on, there is no other device is connected, I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, turned the iPhone off and on again, still getting the same issue.
The only workaround to get it to work is to restart my Charge 2, but this rarely works. If it does work, it allows a sync once before the issue re-occurs.
Restarting the Charge 2 every time
is not a workable solution not least because the idiot in charge of design at Fitbit thought it would be smart to only allow a Charge 2 restart by having to turn on your computer and hook it up.

I’m having exactly the same problem at the moment. Haven’t managed to get mine to sync yet. I’ve done all the same restarts and deleting too.
