Unable to add Fitbit Surge after iOS 11 upgrade

After upgrading to iOS11 over the weekend I started having problem and had to remove my Surge watch. Now the app is not working and stuck on “accepting terms and conditions” page as pressing NEXT does not work and allow me to carry on. The watch has been paired in the Bluetooth settings and I see it saying connected but the app doesn’t allow me to accept terms and conditions. Am I missing a step here or something?

Working now. Managed to get it going after force closing the app and restarting my phone. Highly irritating but now working. Not convinced about this latest iOS version. It’s giving more problems than it is worth.
