My mobile phone is not recording my steps but my computer is.  The phone is fully charged.  It recorded my steps early this morning but suddenly stopped.  Can you help me with this problem?

Hello @pjmsg43, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

If the Fitbit app is not showing your steps but you're able to see them in the online Dashboard through your computer, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
