I updated my Iphone 6s and now I can't get my Fitbit Charge history for passed. Can anyone tell me why all my passed activities history is all wiped out?

Hello @Chrisrac, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Have you logged in to the app recently after updating it or after being logged out? Is it possible you have a different Fitbit account registered to a different email address? We have received reports from people who have not been able to see their past data history but they have logged in with a different email which might be your case as well as all the information gets stored in our servers and none of the information here is deleted.

Please try to log in with another email address you might have and let me know if you're able to see the previous data you're not able to see right now.

Thanks for your patience, if there's anything else I can do for you please feel free to reply.

I see this is an issue previously reported. I am registered under my name. Kinda disappointed this remains an issue as described in another post.

I’m very disappointed. If they can’t fix this problem I’m just gonna give it away and go start new with Apple

Good morning. Just letting you know that I have tried all my other email and it is still showing activities from late August of 2017.

This is what I saw after logging in with my icloud acc.. the date I joined, my lifetime total steps and my friends. What other steps to take to get everything back on track?
