The Apple FitBit app was updated overnight, but since that I am continually getting a message (eventually) to say that "We are unable to update / install one or more apps. Please try again". The communication between the fitbit device and the app seems to be fine so I am not sure what this is referring to. What do I need to do? Is this a glitch with the update? Thanks

I tried logging out and back in with no success, still getting the same
message.

Best AnswerIn an effort to resolve this problem removed my Fitbit One from my profile and then tried to reinstall. It does not pair with the One at all now.
Best AnswerI can you confirm when I log out and log back in it still returns. I am also now having difficulties connecting to my Fitbit. Tried hard reboot watch and phone whilst resetting Bluetooth takes multiple attempts before it connects. This has been over last 3 days.
Best AnswerSo, I get the following message "We were unable to update / install one or more apps. Please try again". I've seen other similar posts but no fix? The message doesn't even specify which app it is having difficulty with.
has anyone managed to find a fix?

Dear Kate,
Please could you update us on this issue?
I am also having the same problem - and can confirm updating the software, deleting and re-downloading the app, logging out and back in, and turning off my phone did not rectify the situation.
Best,

@ALS1991 Our team is aware and working on a fix, I'm afraid I don't have an update at the moment but will let this thread know when I hear further.
@Jeanneddie are you seeing the error message? Not sure what you mean by it can't update, you appear to be on version 2.86

Best AnswerI have also been having the same error message over the past few days. It does not specify which app or apps it is unable to update or install. An update on this would be welcome as it happens every time I go into the Fitbit app on my iPhone.

@a.e.b sorry to hear this. If possible, could you forward your logs? We are trying to identify why some are seeing this.

Best AnswerThis issue still hasn’t been resolved for me. I was sent a link about sending logs but it sent me on a continuous loop.
