Hi there @BusySoccaMama, welcome aboard to our Community. One solution is to restart your app or phone but if the issue still persist.
I have reviewed and it seem there's a bug affecting the app on same way with iOS devices running the latest version.
Is this happening only when you try to use MobileRun to track your exercise? If this is the case, I recommend to review this thread since this issue was resolved on previous versions of the app.
Nonetheless I will pass this information to our development teams, but I can tell you they are working already on a fix that can be released in a future, so stay tune and don't forget to update the app.
If I got more updates, I will let you know.
