Hello @Ppspps, welcome aboard to our Community. Whit the clock screen you refer to your tracker or is it happening on the app?

I recommend to review your app version. If you have recently updated the app try with a force quit:

1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.

If is not working try to set up your tracker again on your existing account:

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps and let me know if the issue persists.
