Syncing issues

I quit wearing my charge HR for awhile due to losing the charger. Found the charger, been wearing for two days and it says it's syncing to my phone but it doesn't show any information (sleep, steps, , calories) and deletes all data on my Fitbit right after I sync. Any help would be appreciated! Have a half in a week and use it through out the run!

A warm welcome to the Community @Ajmorrison. First, I recommend restarting your Charge HR. After the restart process, follow the tips provide on our syncing troubleshoot. You can also check if your tiles are missing by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

 

1. Open the Fitbit app. 
2. Tap Edit in the top-left corner. 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 
4. Check the circle next to the tile you would like to show. 
5. Tap Done when finished.
