Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Hdelhanna. It's great to have you here. There might be an issue with the connection between your tracker and the app. I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Charge 2 as a replacement device.
Additionally, make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app. Let me know how it goes.
