App locked up

So my app syncs but I can click anything on my main page.  If I click exercise or any challenges nothing happens.  I’m on the most current iOS and app version....thoughts???

Hi @Dan14502 and welcome to the forums. Please try the procedures I listed below. Hopefully, that will snap everything back to normal. 

  1. Sync your device then if you can ... then in the app, select Account (at the top, left), name of your device, then scroll down to remove this device.
  2. Remove the Fitbit app from your phone.
  3. Restart your Fitbit device.  
  4. Power the iPhone off. Wait a few minutes then power it back up.
  5. Reinstall your Fitbit app. Log in to your account if prompted.
  6. In the app, tap Account then Set Up a Device.
