App logs me out and forgets device

Hi there

In the last week or so whenever I  start my Fitbit app (iOS v 4.10), it has logged me out AND forgotten my device (as well as my kids). I have done the usual, force stopped app, reinstalled app, rebooted phone, disconnected from wifi, Bluetooth etc. 

This is infuriating and unworkable, logging in and re registering your decides each time you just want to open the app!! 

Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Thanks for letting me know about the Fitbit app and the steps that you've tried prior to posting. This is an odd behavior, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience it has caused. To work on this together, may I know if this happens only when opening the Fitbit app? Or is it when doing a specific action such as editing or checking an exercise? What is the model of your phone? Also, is the operating system (OS) updated on your phone?

These details will help me to further investigate.
