App not capturing hr

I see hr on my armband - but app only capturing resting hr on armband. How do I rectify this?

Is the setting all-day sync enabled? This allows the heart rate tile to display your heart rate live. The heart rate on the tracker and what is displayed on the tile should match that way.

(Can be similiar to iOS), as this is for Android:

Tap the tile which displays your tracker, there's a option to enable the all day sync setting.

* This can drain the battery of the tracker & the phone quicker than normally.

@Cfeigen A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your resting HR is being captured on the app only. I would like to know if the information share by my friend @SunsetRunner was helpful and got the problem figured out for you.
