App not loading after 3.37 update

app just updated to 3.37 and now the app doesn’t load

Same happened to me.  In a panick, I shut down watch, deleted App, restarted phone, reinstalled app, restarted watch. the app came back and most functions. I am only having a sync issue with watch faces that deliver weather information.  All else seems fine.

@FoldingBikeman Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate your feedback and efforts to help other users. Regarding the weather information, please ensure that the Fitbit app's location permission is set to "Always" and that the background app refresh is "On" for the Fitbit app so it continues to run in the background.

 

@davidmburton Thanks for the details shared in your post. It may take some time for the app to load, however, if the issue persists you can try to uninstall the app, restart the phone and install the app again as suggested by @FoldingBikeman.

@LiliyaFitbit  My issue is with clock faces not delivering the weather. I do not have issue with the weather app.  I have tried several clock faces for weather updates and they all fail with the new IOS 3.37.  All was fine before that update.  I verified settings before reporting the problem.
