Downloaded the app but I can't log in! I redownloaded the app several times, updated iOS (iPhone 6 plus), shut the phone off several times... It's been like this for about 2 months! Help puh-lease!!

And yes I'm 100% sure about the username and password... I can log in from my computer but not the app.
