Since I’ve been home, I’ve been on a run of over a month of consecutively hitting the 250 steps per hour.
Today for some reason, 3 of my 13 hours did not record on the app although they are recorded on the phone.
I checked the support pages and tried all of the fixes but none have worked:
- force closed app, disconnected Bluetooth and switched off phone for 1-2 mins
- logged out of Fitbit app
- removed and re-added ionic on iPhone and iPad separately
- reset Fitbit
Is there any other way to get this fixed?

Thank you for the reply. I wouldn’t say I was helped. I was told this is a known issue with no resolution and I would have to wait to see if it is fixed. I didn’t think that was a satisfactory answer and would like to know if there is something more concrete. Thank you.

Hi
I also had this same issue two days ago, where the 250 steps in an hour showed as completed on the watch, but would not sync on the app. It seems OK now, but hope this bug gets fixed.

I am also having this issue. My Ionic shows 4 hours of activity but the app only show 2 hours.
