My email is guruswamy_pv@yahoo.com, you are miss spelled as guruswamu_pv@yahoo.com. So I am not receiving your verification email to finish creating Fitbit account.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, did you create your account through the Fitbit app or the Fitbit website? Are you able to log in to your account through the Fitbit app? If so, please open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Security and Login > Change email, you will be able to see the following screen:
In here, you will be able to type your new email address (without the typo), confirm your email and type your password, then tap on "Change" on the top right corner. As the screen mentions, we will send you a verification email to your new email address.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I have reinstalled my fitbit on my android and now cannot get my email confirmation. It keeps saying to resubmit my email to finalize my setup but I have done this 40 times I do not get fitbits email sent to my email to confirm this. Frustrating!

Through the fitbit app and yes I have done all those steps.

I have changed my email and continue to hit "resend verification email" for over 2 weeks and nothing happens. Fitbit has an account that I can't get rid of that has my primary email address: llmyrick@att.net which is the one I want to use but it keeps telling me it is in use with another account. I want to get rid of that account so I can use that email. Please advise.
