I am sorry to hear you haven't received an email to reset your password. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. To perform a password reset, you must be able to receive an email at the email address associated with your Fitbit account. You can confirm the steps to reset the password at How do I reset my Fitbit password?

 

Please check your spam/junk folders if the email is not in your inbox.
