My Charge 4 does only map my walking, not my running! How do I solve that?

The displaying of a map is dependent on having GPS enabled for use by the exercise applet in use.

 

While I have a Versa 2, I believe the same steps will apply for you and your Charge 4.

 

In your FitBit app, press on you user icon at the top left of the app.

 

Press on the Charge 4 icon.

 

Scroll down to "Exercise Shortcuts" and press it.

 

Select "Run"

 

If the "slider button" next to GPS is not green press on it to make it green.

 

You may want to take a look at the other "things" on the run screen while you are there.

 

Go back two screens and select "Sync Now".

 

Once the app and device are sync'd, press on the "Today" icon at the lower left and you are in business.
