I have a charge 3 the app has stopped showing the battery level at the top.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your question.

 

Please swipe down from the top to see a banner with your Fitbit Charge 3 current battery charge level.

 

If you still can't see the battery icon, please try the following steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app
