My Fitbit blaze is blinking red. But when I sync with my iPhone, the battery still shows bright green. So obviously I’m not getting the low battery notifications, and the battery level is not syncing with my phone. All of the other items are sincing such as steps calories etc. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Hello @CanyonGirl, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note the Fitbit app will only update the current state of your tracker when you sync it, that means that if you haven't synced in a couple days, once the Blaze sync, it will show the correct batter level. Now, if you'd like your Blaze to sync in the background so the battery level is constantly updated, please enable All-day Sync by going to Account > Blaze > All-day Sync. Note that it has been tested and confirmed that All-day Sync will not drain the battry on your tracker or your phone faster than usual.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

When I put it in the charger, the iPhone then showed a depleted battery. So, the accurate level wasn’t reflected on the app until the Blaze was in the charger.
I’ll keep an eye on this and let you know if it continues.

Hello @CanyonGirl, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have come back and provided updates on this situation. At this moment, my best recommendation is to set up your Blaze as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Note that all the information already stored in your account won't be deleted.
To set up your Blaze as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
- When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

I had the same problem, but my fix was much easier. Powered down my iPhone, powered back up and it fixed itself. 🙂
