I’m not sure if it’s because of the last update but my app on record my heartbeat and I think it’s making me lose some calories count. I’ve tried deleting the app all together and going back but it didn’t help. What can I do to help

Hello @Flickboi, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing this situation with us. Please note that if the current heart rate it's not showing, this does not affect the amount of calories you've burned as the app only displays the information from the Fitbit device and it's your device the one counting these calories. Now, if the current heart rate it's not showing, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Go to the Devices Settings on the online Dashboard, in here click on your device and make sure Live Data is ON.
  2. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your Device > All-day Sync to enable it. This will establish a connection between your phone and your device, making it easier for Live Data to show on the Dashboard. Don't worry, it has been tested and confirmed that All-day Sync will not drain the battery on your phone or device faster than usual.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
