I’m not sure if it’s because of the last update but my app on record my heartbeat and I think it’s making me lose some calories count. I’ve tried deleting the app all together and going back but it didn’t help. What can I do to help

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing this situation with us. Please note that if the current heart rate it's not showing, this does not affect the amount of calories you've burned as the app only displays the information from the Fitbit device and it's your device the one counting these calories.
