App not showing progress

 for over a month now when I go into the app I have no progress in the areas. I have numbers but before it showed how far in the circle you had done. When I click on any of them it’s blank like it’s loading. I’ve done iOS updates. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same.

It’s been weeks it’s really frustrating and software updates have happened since. Is it everyone? Whats the eta??

I have updated to the latest version and still have no progress showing as in the screenshot. Is this going to be fixed? I have done all the same as kazters

I’m glad in a way it’s not just me but it’s really frustrating and to get no answer from Fitbit

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well!

Although I'm still waiting for an official answer from our specialist team, I can see there are some other users sharing a workaround in another thread.

Looks like deleting the app and getting it installed back seems to work for some of them. Please, let's try to do that and let me know if it helps!
