This morning I opened Fitbit on my iPad to check my stats for the day. Unfortunately the Fitbit app became unresponsive and ended up completely locking my iPad. I cannot exit the Fitbit screen. Apart from being able to adjust screen brightness and volume, nothing else works. I can't even turn my iPad off. I'm running the latest software 18.5 on an 11'' iPad M4 as well as the Fitbit app had recently updated.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. While I understand this happened when interacting with the Fitbit app, this might be caused by a different setting or function on your iPad. Because this is out of our scope, my best advice is to get in touch with the Apple Support team so they can evaluate your device and provide you with assistance.
