App not showing right map?

Hello.

When I go for a run, the map is incorrect and does not accurately display my mileage. It jumps around (I.e shows a straight line across the screen instead of the route I took) and the mileage is significantly under what it it is in reality. How can I fix this? Attached is what the Fitbit app shows me vs what Strava tells me.

@Heather-S Device as in phone or device as in FitBit type? I have an iPhone XR and a FitBit Luxe.
