About a month ago my fitbit one started to need to be charged every day instead of every week. It might have been related to an IOS update. I just had another IOS update and now my fitbit's charge (or lack thereof) doesn't show up on my phone. Is this fixable?

Hello @janisleigh, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I'm not quite sure what you're issue is about. Is the battery icon not showing in the Fitbit app or is your tracker not syncing correctly?
If your app is not showing the battery icon, please take a screenshot and reply to me with it. That will be very helpful for me to check this situation further.
If your tracker is not syncing correctly, please restart it and restart your phone as well, then try to sync it. If it's still having difficulties, try to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

I still have the issue of needing to charge it every day instead of every week like it was before. I've only had it since February. Does it need to be replaced already?
