My Fitbit One decided to subtract all the steps I took yesterday on my iPhone even though it shows the steps correctly on my computer dashboard. I re installed the App on my iPhone and restarted the iPhone. I also restarted my Fitbit One. It still will not show any steps for yesterday. The bluetooth is working. What is going on? Anyone?

Hello @Atlanta72, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! ![]()
If your steps are showing correctly on the online Dashboard but not on the Fitbit app, it's possible the information is not updating correctly with our servers. In this case I would like to suggest the following:
The information should update and show the same as the online Dashboard.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
